No Show and Cancellation policies – We are implementing a new policy requiring all patients to keep a credit card on file for appointments. This is to protect the time slots that we have available for our patients and ensure that we can continue to provide quality care in a timely manner.
No-Show Fee: If you miss an appointment without notifying us, a $35 fee will be charged.
Late Cancelation Fee: If you failed to cancel an appointment less than 24 hours before your schedule, a $35 fee will apply.
