BOOKING REMINDERS:
- All morning appointments will take place at our Aventura location, and afternoon appointments will be held at our Miami location.
- If you receive an email or text message showing Aventura as the default location, please do not panic — the correct location will be based on the time of your appointment.
- No Show and Cancellation policies - We are implementing a new policy requiring all patients to keep a credit card on file for appointments. This is to protect the time slots that we have available for our patients and ensure that we can continue to provide quality care in a timely manner.
- No-Show Fee: If you miss an appointment without notifying us, a $35 fee will be charged.
- Late Cancelation Fee: If you failed to cancel an appointment less than 24 hours before your scheduled, a $35 fee will apply.
